Solar Pool Heating for your Comfort

Our Pool is special:

For your comfort we have installed a brand new Aqua Rite Electronic Chlorine Generator.

What does that mean for you?

No more chlorine smell, dry skin, or red eyes!  The electronic system uses approximately  1 teaspoon of salt per gallon of water. This low level of salt is below the taste level for most people, but still has all the beneficial effects of softening the water and helping to prevent the dry skin and stinging eyes that you experience from other pools.

And for your comfort we have installed Solar Pool Heating. The only questions you have to ask yourself is.... How warm would you like it...

The solar heating can heat the pool to temperatures up to 95 degrees. Some of our guests find that a little too warm. Let us know what you favorite temperature is. In winter you will still need the electrical heater (extra charge) as the solar system can not do it all by itself.

A spacious family room with vaulted ceiling overlooks and provides access to the pool and patio area, comfortably furnished with two 3 seater sofas .

Enjoy the hundreds of High Definition Digital TV-channel on the 42" flat screen HD-TV.

The Panasonic, Dolby Surround - Home Theatre system plays your favorite DVDs,  CDs and also allows you to listen to the radio.

We have provided a variety of family friendly DVDs and Videos as well as various books in English and German.

Living Room

The Living Room consists of a new and very comfortable  sofa and a brand new, large screen, HD LCD TV with a Sony Playstation 3 and a Nintendo Wii,  including a large variety of family friendly games and DVDs.

Enjoy the latest HD Games and watch High Definition Movies
(Blue Ray as well as normal DVDs)

The open space invites guests of all ages to relax in comfort with separation from the other guests who might want to enjoy a different activity.

Dining Room

The formal dining area is furnished with a large dining table and eight chairs.

We have provided plenty of plates, pots, pans, cutlery, etc. to ensure that you can have a fantastic formal dinner as well as a quick snack before heading off to the parks or the Orlando night-life.

Master Bedroom

King-size Bed

Master Bedroom: Downstairs,  overlooking the pool area, this large bedroom, is fully furnished with a dresser, nightstands and a large HD-TV. It is boasting a huge American king-size bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom.

There is also a large walk in wardrobe, which contains ample room for your cloth as well as your suitcases.

You also find a huge walk-in wardrobe as well as a digital safe.

Bathroom 2

Conveniently located upstairs, between the 3 bedrooms,
it comprises a washbasin, toilet, bath/shower, scales and a hairdryer.

Bathroom 3

Located downstairs, near the hall, includes shower, WC and washbasin.

Landing

PatricksVilla is a large two story villa with a beautiful staircase
leading to the three upstairs bedrooms and the second bathroom.

The Kitchen and Breakfast Area

The kitchen is fully fitted and includes all the facilities you would expect, and a lot more:

We made sure you have more than enough cuttlery, plates, cups, mugs and glasses as we know how inconvenient it is to start the dishwasher just because one or two plates are missing.

We would like to advise our guests that the use of any of our provided equipment us, is done at our guests risk.

Children's Safety

Your safety is as important to us as the fact that you can relax and enjoy the luxury of PatricksVilla.

Therefore we have invested in special equipment that will make your holiday that little bit safer.

You will have seen that PatricksVilla is a two storey house. To prevent children from falling down the stairs we have installed a safety door at the top of the stairs (next to the children's bedroom). When required, our property managers will install this door before your arrival and if not needed, the door will just stay in the closet downstairs.

To avoid children accessing the pool area without supervision we have installed two safety devices.

1. Audio Alarm: As required, you can control the sound and switch the alarm ON or OFF.

2. Safety Pin: The pin has been installed high enough to ensure that small children can not reach it
