The only additional charges you may incur are:

 

  • Pool Heating: US$ 140 / £ 90 / € 130 per week
    (good idea for Nov - Feb, really not required Mar - Oct)

  • US $100 / £ 70 / € 80 cleaning charge, only if you stay less than 7 nights

Booking Procedure

1. Please check the availability of your chosen dates.

2. A provisional reservation can be made by email and will remain valid for a period of 48 hours.

3. Any booking MUST be confirmed with a non-refundable booking deposit of 20% of the total rental sum. The deposit must be received within 10 days of any provisional reservation.

4. On receipt of the deposit a confirmation will be emailed to you, outlining the balance due and final payment arrangements.

5. The full remaining balance MUST be received at least 8 weeks prior to the arrival date.

6. For bookings within 8 weeks of the arrival day, the full amount payable is payable at the time of booking.

7. Payments can be made in:

  • US$ by cheque or bank transfer to our US Bank

  • £ by cheque or bank transfer to our bank in the UK

  • € by bank transfer to our bank in Germany

  • We also accept payments in Canadian $, EUROS, £, US $, Australian $ and Yen through PayPal®

 Please note, that we have to charge a 3% PayPal fee, if you decide to pay with your credit card.

8. Receipts/acknowledgements will be issued at each stage for all monies received.

9. Directions and other General Information will be forwarded following payment of Balance.

10. Security Deposit
    A refundable security deposit of US$ 500.00 / £ 300.00 must be paid at the time of final payment (8 weeks prior
    to your arrival date). This deposit will be refunded to the original form of payment within 2 weeks of your departure
    from PatricksVilla, providing there has been nor reported damage of loss to the property of its contents and all keys
    have been returned to either the property management or the lock box as instructed.
    We reserve the right to retain the security deposit (either in part or in full) to cover
    breakages/losses or damage to the property or its contents as deemed necessary.
    Please ensure to report any damages upon arrival to our management company. Any breakages or losses not reported
    may be charged. If a key is lost the costs of replacing all the house locks and keys will be charged.

NOTE: It is strongly recommended that adequate travel/holiday/medical insurance be arranged for all members of the Party at the time of booking in order to cover the eventuality of cancellation for reasons beyond their control

 

 

Cancellations

In the event your party needs to cancel it's booking, the following charges apply:

  • Cancellations 8 weeks or more prior to the arrival date:

Your full deposit

  • Cancellations 8 to 4 weeks prior to the arrival date

50% of your total balance

  • Cancellations 4 to 1 week prior to the arrival date

75% of you total balance

  • Cancellations within 1 week prior to the arrival date

100% of your total balance

 

The charges can be waived and your money refunded at our discretion, provided you are able to replace your booking with another party booking at the same dates. There will be a £25.00/$50.00 administration charge deducted from the amount you have already paid us.

Changes to arrival and departure dates are possible at the discretion of the owners and if the requested dates are available. Guests who fail to pay their final rental by the due date (which is 8 weeks prior to the arrival date) may lose their booking and their deposit. A reminder is sent to you for your final payment if the outstanding balance is not received 8 weeks before your agreed arrival date at PatricksVilla. If we do not receive the full payment 7 weeks prior to your agreed arrival date at the villa, or there has been no written or verbal communication from your party, we will cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

 

 

Refunds

Refunds are always made to the original form of payment
