PatricksVilla is nestled in a quiet cul de sac on the safe and gated community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. The south facing pool side of the house overlooks the 12th fairway and unlike many other vacation homes our villa has got no immediate neighbors a fact that guarantees your well deserved privacy. You don't want to go for a swim in your own private pool only to find that the guy next door is just a few feet away, admiring your beautiful body. Enjoy the sunshine from early morning till late afternoon. Southern Dunes is located on Highway 27, seven miles from junction 55 of the I-4. It's ideally placed for exploring all the attractions the Orlando area has to offer and allowing the whole family to have a truly magical holiday, no matter what their pleasures - leisure, golf, park visiting, shopping or nature loving. Whatever your needs, you're only minutes away from it. |

We come to Florida many times during the year and always make sure that everything is up to our high standards. All rooms have been furnished and decorated by ourselves.

You drive down the street and see this beautiful villa in front of you. You can already see that you will have a good time and you can't wait to see it from the inside. You are excited. As you walk through the front door a sense of tranquility overcomes you, the high ceilings give you a sense of space, the decor has a calming effect, the whole villa is bright and very clean . Walk through to the family room, passing the living- and the dining room, sink into one of the new sofas, click on the 42" HDTV, play a DVD or your favorite video tape, In a very short time, the sound of laughter will come from the pool as the kids are splashing around in the pool burning up any remaining energy. Hungry? Rustle up some food, the kitchen has every amenity to create a snack or an A la carte meal, kids tired, the spacious bedrooms await them, with large and comfortable beds, guaranteeing a good nights sleep so you wake feeling refreshed ready to face all those theme parks. The Villa is all quiet, the kids fast asleep, grab yourself a glass of wine and sit by the beautifully illuminated pool, reflecting on today's activities and planning tomorrows adventures.
