You might have wondered who Patrick is, the one who "owns" this fantastic place in sunny Florida.

Patrick is our now 18 year old son ( yes, the pictures below are a "little" older, but it gives you an idea of how much fun one can have in PatricksVilla and in the Orlando area.

We, the parents and Patrick of course, have lived in Florida for almost four years. Having visited Orlando and all of it's attractions many times and always stayed in one of the local hotels, one day we decided to go for something special. This was the first time we stayed in a vacation home at the Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club and from then onwards we always wanted to come back.

Shortly before we left Florida in April 2004, we decided to buy this fantastic villa and make it available to others who enjoy the luxury of "having your own house" with a private pool in a truly amazing setting with sunshine all year long. 

When we saw Patrick jumping into the pool for the first time, and seeing the smile on his face we knew that we made the right decision in purchasing this home. We want you to feel the same way, when you come and visit us.

We are now living in the USA again and are personally looking after our guests and of course after our house. You never talk to a management company, you always speak to us, the owners.

A key driver for buying "PatricksVilla" was the location. No house on either side, south facing (all day sunshine), lots of palm trees and a view over the golf course gives you a privacy only a few other vacation homes can offer.

Please remember that this is a privately owned villa and we, the owners, are making sure that it is kept to a high standard and that you are enjoying your stay with us.  You have total freedom 24h a day, 7 days a week. Having said that, we are  also only a phone call away, 24 hours, 7 days a week.
