Since we bought the house, we have spend a lot of time, money and not to forget a lot of love and hard work in decorating PatricksVilla to the highest standard.

You will find that the whole house is furnished with very high quality furniture and equipment. All of it was carefully chosen by ourselves to ensure that everything matches. Have a look yourself on our photo page.

We recently refurbished the whole ground floor. We replaced the carpet with hard-wood flooring in the kitchen, the living areas, the dining room as well as the games area.

In addition we replaced the kitchen and all of the kitchen appliances with the latest and most modern appliances. From the oven to the refridgerator everything is brand new.

The masterbathroom is also second to none. Marble floor, high-end fixtures, lighted shower heads and a wonderfully comfortable bathtub. All of this with modern lights and waterfall faucets.

PatricksVilla is situated in the Southern Dunes Golf Community. and is one of the properties spread across a stunning 18 hole golf course.

Our Pool is good for you and the environment:

No more chlorine smell, dry skin, or red eyes!  The electronic system uses approximately  1 teaspoon of salt per gallon of water. This low level of salt is below the taste level for most people, but still has all the beneficial effects of softening the water and helping to prevent the dry skin and stinging eyes that you experience from other pools.
