You are within 15 minutes of all the Disney theme parks and all other major attractions in the Orlando area. In addition the house is overlooking the 12th fairway and has no immediate neighbors to either side (a fact you won't find in a lot of other vacation homes).

PatricksVilla is situated in the Southern Dunes Golf Community. and is one of the properties spread across a stunning 18 hole golf course. 
Golf can be played on site (please use this link for tee fees, golf club rental and any other information related to the Southern Dunes Golf Course).
The Steve Smyers designed course has been rated 4 Stars by Golf Digest Magazine. There are few courses today which offer so many strategic options on your tee shot, with green contours that are equally compelling. It has a practice facility that would make tour players' mouths water.
Southern Dunes ranks among America's top 100 modern golf courses with such comments as Brilliant course... Lightning greens... Our Pool is good for you and the environment:

No more chlorine smell, dry skin, or red eyes!  The electronic system uses approximately  1 teaspoon of salt per gallon of water. This low level of salt is below the taste level for most people, but still has all the beneficial effects of softening the water and helping to prevent the dry skin and stinging eyes that you experience from other pools.
